Option
3 in the Commonwealth Government's discussion paper – the Moratorium, this
sounds interesting!
The
discussion paper states:
5.4.2 This option would require a company to inform
the market, including existing creditors and potential new creditors, that the
company was insolvent and intended to pursue a workout outside of external
administration.
