The study conducted by Herzberg et al, Characteristics of Companies in Voluntary Administration
detailed in our previous issue of Two Pages also provides a summary of the
return creditors received in both a winding up and Deed’s of Company
Arrangement (DoCA’s).
Overall employees received a return of 92.0%.
