The Receiver is seeking expressions of interest for the purchase of an online professional services consulting facility with global reach and multiple markets, multiple service applications using real-time video conferencing for advisory services suited to both white label and retail usage.

The working prototype was a retail web service and business process previously providing online psychology consulting services using bespoke and open source software for:

  • Scheduling
  • Payment processing
  • Reporting and
  • Conferencing

Included is a suite of local and international domain names and trademarks.
